Exchanges are valid for 7 days from the delivery date, subject to conditions. Sale, discounted, and international orders are not eligible. To initiate, go to Get Help → Exchange on our portal. Reverse pickup takes 3–7 days, with 10–15 days for the product to reach our warehouse for QC and processing. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Customized or altered sizes are not eligible for exchange.
