Refund policy

Highgarden does not offer product returns under any circumstances. We only provide exchange support as long as the product meets all eligibility criteria listed in our Exchange Policy.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchange is not applicable for:
    • Sale products
    • International orders

Steps to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Visit highgarden.co.in
  2. Go to Get Help β†’ Exchange
  3. Submit your request through the Exchange Portal

Exchange Timeline:

  • Reverse Pickup: 3–7 days
  • Arrival at Warehouse: 10–15 days
  • Quality Check (QC): Once the product passes QC, the exchange will be processed.

Please ensure the original tag and packaging are intact. Products without proper packaging or tags are not eligible for exchange.


In Case of Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Parcels

Your product safety is important to us. To help us resolve issues smoothly, please follow these steps:

  • If the parcel appears tampered:
    Kindly refuse to accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
  • If the parcel looks fine from the outside:
    Please record a video while opening the parcel. This is mandatory to verify issues related to:
    • Missing items
    • Damaged products
    • Wrong items received

An unboxing video is mandatory to process support or exchange requests for these issues.


Products Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items without original tag or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or damaged garments
  • Customised products (length/size alterations)
  • Products purchased from the Sale section

Refund Policy (For Price Differences Only)

Highgarden does not provide:

  • Cash refunds
  • Bank refunds
  • Payment reversals

Refunds are issued only in the form of a gift card, and only when:

  • You request an exchange for a product of lower value, and
  • The returned item passes Quality Check (QC)

Gift card issuance timeline:
Gift cards for the price difference will be issued within 5–7 working days after the product reaches our warehouse and is successfully verified.
