Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Important: Exchange is not applicable for products purchased under sale or via international orders.

Steps to Initiate an Exchange:

1. Visit highgarden.co.in
2. Go to Get Help → Exchange
3. Submit your request via the Exchange Portal

Exchange Process Timeline:

• Reverse Pickup: 3–7 days
• Warehouse Arrival: 10–15 days
• Quality Check (QC): Once passed, exchange will be initiated

Please ensure the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the product.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange:
❌ Items without original packaging
❌ Worn or washed items
❌ Customized products (e.g. size, length adjustments)
❌ Products listed under the Sale section

Refund for Price Differences
If the exchanged product has a price difference:

• The remaining amount will be processed as a gift card within 5–7 working days after receiving and verifying the product in our warehouse.
