Tampered Delivery or Non-Delivery Issue Resolution

Highgarden uses third-party courier partners for shipping. These courier companies operate independently. To ensure a smooth resolution in case of disputes, customers are required to follow these guidelines:

1. Refuse Damaged Parcels:
   If the parcel is received in a tampered or damaged condition, please refuse to accept it immediately.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video:
   Even if the outer packaging looks intact, customers are strongly advised to record a video while opening the parcel. This acts as valid proof in cases of missing or incorrect items.
3. Report Within 24 Hours:
   If a customer denies receiving the parcel while the courier tracking shows it as “Delivered,” the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
4. Proof of Delivery (POD):
   Highgarden will request and share the Proof of Delivery (POD) from the courier partner.
5. If the authenticity of the POD is disputed, Highgarden will escalate the concern to the courier company. We will re-fulfil the order only if the courier partner confirms that the parcel was lost or not delivered to the correct customer.
