We strive to deliver products purchased from Highgarden in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

• For all purchases of ₹1,199 or more, we deliver free of cost to your doorstep.
• A shipping charge of ₹100 (excluding GST) will be applicable to all orders under ₹1,199.

If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, including any shipping charges, if paid online.

Tampered Delivery or Non-Delivery Issues Resolution
Highgarden uses third-party courier services for the logistics of orders’ parcels. These courier companies work independently, and Highgarden does not have any direct control over their policies or operations. In unforeseen cases wherein courier services refuse to accept a claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels, Highgarden shall not be held liable unless the following guidelines are followed by customers:

1. If the parcel is received in a tampered condition, the customer must refuse to accept the parcel from the courier person.
2. Even if the parcel appears intact, the customer ought to video-record the act of opening the parcel as proof in case of missing or wrong products inside.
3. In case the customer denies receiving the parcel while the courier company shows the parcel as delivered, the customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery message. Highgarden will share Proof of Delivery (POD) obtained from the courier company with the customer.
4. If the customer denies the authenticity of the shared POD, Highgarden can only assist the customer in raising the concern with the courier company. Highgarden will re-fulfil the order only when the courier confirms that the parcel was indeed lost and not delivered to the customer.

International Shipping
Highgarden ships across the globe. For international orders, cancellations/returns /exchanges are not available. Shipping charges for international orders depend on the ordered product(s) and the delivery location. Kindly send us a screenshot of your shopping cart with the products you wish to purchase along with your complete address, contact details, and postal code. We will share the shipping cost, after which you may place the order.

Shipping charges will be reflected on the checkout page once you input your complete delivery address.
Important: As you add more products to your order, the shipping cost per product decreases drastically.

Note: For international orders, customs charges may be levied at the port of entry, which must be paid by the customer. These charges are determined by the customs or relevant authority of the importing country. Though usually there is no import duty for textiles.
